製茶師採用50年前的傳統烏龍茶製茶方式，比現代的茶葉加工多了半天到一天的時間，重視採摘適宜度及茶葉完整發酵的轉香工序，激發出花香果香麥香堅果香...等多元的香氣及風味，不苦不澀，香甜回甘，令人喜愛。
Employing the traditional oolong tea processing method from 50 years ago extends the processing time by half a day to a full day compared to modern techniques. It emphasizes the proper harvesting and the crucial fermentation process for enhancing the tea's diverse aromas such as floral, fruity, malty, nutty, etc. The result is a tea that is neither bitter nor astringent, but rather sweet with a lingering aftertaste, which is highly appreciated.

木香凍頂烏龍茶
Dongding Oolong Tea
凍頂烏龍茶是台灣產製的第一批的高山茶，在將近50年前問世後掀起喝台灣在地烏龍茶的風潮，是第一個具有高知名度的台灣地名的烏龍茶品。採用台灣茶葉及使用茶葉完整發酵的轉香工序，讓凍頂烏龍茶葉散發明顯木香及微焙香，茶香濃郁回甘。
Dongding Oolong tea, the first batch of high-mountain tea produced in Taiwan, emerged nearly 50 years ago, sparking a trend of consuming locally produced oolong tea in Taiwan. It became the first Taiwan oolong tea with local place name to gain widespread recognition. Utilizing Taiwanese tea leaves and employing the traditional tea fermentation process for aroma development, Dongding Oolong tea exudes prominent woody notes and a subtle roasted fragrance, resulting in a rich and intense tea aroma.

有別一般茶葉產品，使用傳統製茶工藝及厭氧發酵，含有GABA茶葉，符合每100克茶乾含有150毫克特別的GABA胺基丁酸，茶香帶有麥香及熟果香給人一種內斂、了解、能會心一笑的自在。

香草複方烏龍茶 細工藝
台灣接續日本研發保健茶作法, 以傳承健康發酵(healthy oxidation)的青茶工藝為基礎加入厭氧製程得來GABA成分, 是具烏龍茶特色的GABA tea。據研究指出GABA tea的兒茶素內含與綠茶差不多，更是符合國際規定含量每100克茶乾內含150毫克以上的GABA成分, 不只助眠, 也可協助維持心血管的健康, 是養生好茶。

青茶(俗稱烏龍茶)從輕度發酵(10%)到重度發酵(80%)都有代表性茶品, 也是所有茶類中香氣與滋味最多元的一種. 健康發酵的茶加工法代表的意義是較長的茶葉酵時間, 讓茶葉內含酵素物質獲得更好的轉化, 產出不苦不澀且有優雅香氣的元素. 因此會比主流技術多半天到一天的製作時間, 這是傳承傳統安溪鐵觀音製法的精隨.
