運送說明 Shipping

提供以下取貨方式

1. 超商取貨，可透過天育的好開店官網下單，店到店超取，運費49元，依全家FAMI的物流規定收取。

2. 透過天育在其他平台(如天育設計館@Pinkoi 或 天育@揪食宅 的網頁訂購, 請依各平台提供的運送方式處理, 提供國內外運送。

3. 若您想透過郵局或宅配方式訂購, 請發信 info@skyctw.com洽詢。

4. 國際配送 ，可透過天育@Pinkoi下單並選擇運送方式，費用依寄送地的國別收費 (email報價)，International delivery-charged by each individual case.

Pickup and Delivery Options

1.Convenience Store Pickup: You can place orders through the Tianyu@FAMIshop website for store-to-store pickup. The shipping fee is 49 TWD, as per the logistics regulations of FamilyMart (FAMI).

2.Platform Orders: For orders placed through Tianyu on other platforms (such as Tianyu@Pinkoi or Tianyu@JiushiZhai), please follow the shipping methods provided by each platform. Both domestic and international shipping are available.

3. Postal or Home Delivery: If you wish to order via postal service or home delivery, please send an email to info@skyctw.com for inquiries.

4. International Delivery: You can place orders through Tianyu@Pinkoi and select your preferred shipping method. 

關於退換貨 Returns

提供訂購者7天鑑賞期的權益。請留意，鑑賞期非試用期，若您收到商品經檢視後有任何不瑕疵之處，請勿拆開使用，並立即依照退貨規定辦理退貨。

 

茶葉屬於食品類商品，考量到衛生因素，請勿拆開包裝，一經拆封，將拒絕進行退換貨。

  • 海外運送（非台灣地區之配送）除商品本身有瑕疵外，海外購物恕不受理退換貨服務，下單前請確認品項。

  • 目前辦理換貨僅能針對同一項商品更換，無法將商品 A 換為商品 B。

  • 若欲退貨的商品，是參加優惠活動的促銷商品，不接受退換貨，無法退回。

  • 收到您的退貨商品及發票確認無誤後，我們會於 7-14 個工作天內退款給您。

7-Day Appreciation Period Policy

​

Appreciation Period Definition: Customers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period. Note that the appreciation period is not a trial period. Upon receiving the product, please inspect it for any defects. If the product is not in perfect condition, do not open or use it. Follow the return procedures if you wish to return the product.

 

Return Policy: If the tea product (categorized as a food item) is free from any defects upon receipt, please do not open the packaging. Once the packaging is opened, returns and exchanges will be refused to ensure hygiene standards.

  1. International Shipping: For deliveries outside Taiwan, returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless the product itself is defective. Please confirm the item details before placing an order.

  2. Exchange Limitations: Currently, exchanges can only be made for the same item. Exchanging product A for product B is not possible.

  3. Promotional Items Return Policy: Promotional items purchased during special offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  4. Refund Processing Time: Upon receiving and verifying your returned product and invoice, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days.
