Red Oolong Tea comes from eco-friendly tea gardens and is made using traditional tea craftsmanship techniques, including a complete fermentation process to enhance its aroma. The orange-red tea liquid is bright, smooth, and not bitter, with a high aroma of ripe fruit and a sweet honey fragrance. It is perfect for making fresh milk tea when combined with fresh milk.

《久浸不苦不澀》適合多年齡層，茶湯不苦不澀，可回沖數次。

Suitable for multiple age groups, the tea is not easily bitter and can be brewed several times.

>工夫熱泡(Gongfu brewing for tea)：

茶具(tea utensil) ：建議使用蓋碗或茶壺/ tea pot ,or tea bow with lid

茶葉與熱水的比例(percentage of leaf and hot water)：

1克茶葉：30ml熱水/ 熱水要95度C以上較佳

1 gram leaf：30ml hot water. The temperature of hot water is better above 95 degrees Celsius.

第1泡：45-50秒  第2泡：50-60秒  第3泡：75-90秒  第4泡：100-120秒

The first steeping：45-50 sec.  The second steeping：50-60 sec. 

The third steeping：70-80 sec.  The fourth steeping：100-120 sec.

Time is up to personal preference.

>馬克杯沖泡( having tea with a mug )：

一次請取2-3公克茶葉(大約一茶匙的量) ，直接放入馬克杯，再沖熱水，浸泡約3-4分鐘，即可飲用，可回沖數次。

To prepare a tea, take 2-3 grams of tea leaves (about one teaspoon), place them directly into a mug, pour in hot water, and steep for about 3-4 minutes before drinking. Fine to refill.

若不喜愛喝到茶葉者，可直接買茶包商品。或是取出一茶匙量的茶葉放入可反折的茶包袋，再沖熱水，浸泡約3-4分鐘，可回沖數次。

If you don't like drinking tea leaves, you can buy tea bags products directly.

Alternatively, Take 2-3 grams of tea leaves (about one teaspoon), put them into a reversible tea bag, pour in hot water, and steep for about 3-4 minutes. Fine to refill.

>冷泡茶(Cold brew tea) ：

沖冷泡茶的比例原則：1:100 (1克茶葉 對上100ml常溫水量。

The ratio for cold-brewed tea is 1:100 (1 gram of tea leaves to 100 ml of room temperature water).

備一壺可做冷茶的空瓶假設有500ml)，先取5克茶葉(大約2茶匙)放入瓶中，沖入500ml常溫水置常溫環境1-2小時，再移入冰箱6-8小時後，即可飲用。建議可晚上製作，方便隔日飲用新鮮的冷茶。

Prepare an empty bottle (let's say it has 500ml) for making cold tea. First, put 5 grams of tea leaves (about 2 teaspoons) into the bottle, pour in 500ml of room temperature water, and let it steep at room temperature for 1-2 hours. Then, refrigerate it for 6-8 hours before drinking. It is recommended to make it in the evening for easy enjoyment of fresh cold tea the next day.

>鮮奶茶(Fresh milk tea)

此茶亦適合沖泡成奶茶，一次請取2-3公克茶葉(大約一茶匙的量) ，浸泡200-250ml約5分鐘後沖出茶湯，加入適量鮮奶，就是一杯可口的鮮奶茶。

This tea is also suitable for brewing into milk tea. Take 2-3 grams of tea leaves (about one teaspoon), steep in 200-250ml of water for about 5 minutes, then pour out the tea and add an appropriate amount of fresh milk for a delicious cup of milk tea.
