典藏古韻東方美人茶的工藝採用天育一貫的傳統烏龍茶的特色，來自正統產地竹苗地區的無毒友善耕作茶園的鮮葉所製作而成，是早期台灣外銷烏龍茶中的頂級茶品等級，帶有白毫的茶乾，香氣濃醇帶有微果香蜜香，雖然發酵度高，但滋味輕爽、回甘、可熱泡也可冷泡。

It is a top-grade tea among the early Taiwanese export oolong teas. The tea leaves have white hairs, and the aroma is rich and mellow with a hint of fruit and honey. Although it is highly fermented, the taste is light and refreshing with a sweet aftertaste. It can be brewed hot or cold.

>熱泡(Brew for hot tea)

茶具：適合使用馬克杯，花茶杯

 茶包清飲好喝。杯中放入1茶包，熱水沖泡浸泡2-4分鐘(依個人口味)，可回沖數次。

Brew for hot tea: Tea utensil：Suitable for use with mugs or afternoon tea cups. Place one tea bag in a cup, pour in hot water and steep for 2-4 minutes (depending on personal taste). It can be steeped 2-3 times.

>工夫熱泡(Gongfu brewing for tea)：

茶葉與熱水的比例(percentage of leaf and hot water)：

1克茶葉：30ml熱水/ 熱水要85度C以上較佳

1 gram leaf：30ml hot water. The temperature of hot water is better above 95 degrees Celsius.

第1泡：45-50秒  第2泡：50-60秒  第3泡：75-90秒  第4泡：100-120秒

The first steeping：45-50 sec.  The second steeping：50-60 sec. 

The third steeping：70-80 sec.  The fourth steeping：100-120 sec.

Time is up to personal preference.

>冷泡(Brew for cold tea)：

沖冷泡茶的比例原則：1:100 (1克茶葉 對上100ml常溫水量。)

Brew for cold tea: The ratio for cold-brewed tea is 1:100 (1 gram of tea leaves to 100 ml of room temperature water).

準備1空瓶(假設有300ml)，1茶包(3克)放入空瓶，沖入常溫水滿，於室溫放置1-2小時，置入冰箱6-8小時後，即可飲用。若您的瓶子有1000ml，建議放入至少3包，依比例推算。

一杯健康的冷茶建議晚上做冷泡茶，隔天一早就可以新鮮飲用。

 Prepare an empty bottle (assuming it contains 300ml), place one tea bag (3g) inside (remove the string from the tea bag first), fill with room temperature water, and let it sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours. Then the refrigerate for 6-8 hours before drinking. If your bottle contains 1000 ml, it is recommended to use at least 3 tea bags.

For a healthy cold tea experience, it is recommended to make it in the evening and enjoy it fresh the next day.
