特級高山甜韻金萱採用傳統製茶工藝，在傳統茶工藝之上加入白茶重萎凋作法，讓它帶有來自高山的清甜，糖香及桃香風味，是發葉經適當氧化的天然甜感，適合清飲，也可存放再轉香，是一款特別的阿里山高山金萱。

Superior alpine sweet jin xuan tea is made using traditional tea processing techniques, incorporating the heavy withering process of white tea into the tea-making process. This gives it a sweet, sugary, and peachy flavor from the high mountains. It is a natural sweetness that comes from the leaves being properly oxidized. It is suitable for drinking on its own, and can also be stored to develop a better aroma. It is a special Alishan Jin Xuan tea.

《久浸不苦不澀》適合多年齡層，茶湯不苦不澀，可回沖數次。

Suitable for multiple age groups, the tea is not easily bitter and can be brewed several times.

熱泡/茶包清飲好喝。 熱水沖泡浸泡3-4分鐘，可回沖數次。

Hot drink/Steeping in 3-4 mins,fine to refill.

冷泡/沖入500ml常溫水2小時，置入冰箱6-8小時後，即可飲用。建議可晚上製作，有利隔日飲用。

沖冷泡茶的比例原則：1:100 (1克茶葉 對上100ml水量。)

Ice tea/ Place one tea bag in a vessel, add 500ml normal temperature water and keep it in room temperature for 2 hours, then refrigerate it for 6-8 hours.

Proportion principles for making ice tea: 1:100 (1 gram tea leaf with 100 ml water.)
