天育的製茶師採用1970年代傳承台灣茶葉傳統製法，重視鮮茶葉成熟度採摘，並以完整發酵的轉香工序而成。烏龍茶(又稱青茶)是世界六大茶類中香氣或滋味最為多元與複雜的一類，天育的傳統發酵烏龍茶比起現代的烏龍茶葉加工時間多了半天到一天的時間，可說是用時間琢磨出來的茶香。完整發酵工藝能激發茶葉中的花香 熟果香 麥香 堅果香 穀米香...等多元的天然香氣滋味，茶葉或多或少都帶有綠葉鑲紅邊，入口香甜且回甘，不苦澀不易傷胃，令人喜愛。
Tianyu adopts the traditional Taiwanese tea-making methods passed down from the 1970s. The complete fermentation process brings out the tea’s natural aromas, such as floral notes, ripe fruit fragrance, malt, nutty, and grain scents. The tea leaves often display a unique green with red-edged appearance. When sipped, the tea is sweet, with a lingering aftertaste, and is gentle on the stomach without bitterness or astringency, making it a beloved choice for many.

烏龍茶的兩大關鍵，一是完整發酵，二是精製烘焙(或俗稱焙火)。 天育提供輕度發酵 中度發酵 重度發酵及特殊發酵等不同發酵度的茶品。 只賣有烘焙過後的精製茶葉，沒有毛茶，沒有菁青味。提供多樣的散茶葉，便利單包，或裸包茶包，任你挑選。
茶包材質日本進口，經SGS認證，茶葉為批次產品，檢驗合格，請安心飲用。
We only sell refined, roasted tea leaves—no raw or unprocessed tea, and no green, grassy taste. We offer a wide variety of teas, convenient single packs, or unwrapped tea bags for you to choose from. The tea bag material is imported from Japan and certified by SGS. The tea leaves are batch products that have passed inspection, ensuring they are safe for consumption.

Comforting Tea with GABA
香草複方烏龍茶由綠茶發展出來，含有特別的γ-Aminobutyric acid ( 簡稱GABA，中文是胺基丁酸 )，在茶葉有益身體的基礎成分之上再加強，茶胺酸+胺丁基酸，兩者相乘, 可以說是天然的鎮定劑，可中和咖啡因過於刺激的作用，白天使用讓腦部放鬆，傍晚或晚餐後品飲可舒緩身心，不影響睡眠品質。
The herbal GABA oolong tea is developed from green tea and contains a special component, γ-Aminobutyric Acid (commonly known as GABA). This enhances the beneficial compounds naturally present in tea leaves and helps neutralize the overly stimulating effects of caffeine. Drinking it during the day can help relax the mind, while enjoying it in the evening or after dinner soothes the body and mind, promoting better sleep quality.

由特殊無氧發酵的烏龍茶(含GABA)加上西方養生主流的舒緩香藥草拚配而成，是結合東西茶文化特色，為現代忙碌且生活緊湊的上班族特別設計精製。部分茶品微甜但不含糖，甜味是花草自然的甜感，入口不苦澀，開心飲茶。
Herbal GABA teas combine the essence of Eastern and Western tea cultures and are specially crafted for busy, fast-paced modern people. Some teas have a subtle sweetness but are sugar-free, with the sweetness coming naturally from the herbs. These teas are smooth and free from bitterness, offering a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Tianyu tea bags can be used in both iced tea and hot tea
冷茶是單純用原片茶包浸泡而成，成分單純，無其他添加物，是茶包熱泡之外健康喝茶的另一優選。
冷泡/一包茶包放入壺中或罐中，沖入500ml常溫水置放1-2小時，再移入冰箱置冷6小時後，即可飲用。
Iced tea / Place one tea bag in a vessel, add 500 ml normal temperature water and stay in room temperature for 1-2 hrs, then refrigerate it for 6-8 hours.

1包茶包放入馬克杯，沖入300ml熱水，浸泡3-4分鐘，可回沖數次。
Put 1 tea bag into a mug, pour in 300ml of hot water, and steep for 3-4 minutes. You can refill it several times.
散茶葉
loose leaf tea
球狀茶乾以1克茶乾用30ml熱水的比例(1:30)為之，可用滾熱水熱沖，第一泡茶浸泡1分鐘，第2泡，第3泡，第4泡可適時增加浸泡時間，濃淡風味隨個人調整。
Spherical dried tea is based on the ratio (1:30) of 1 gram of dried tea to 30ml of hot water. The first brew is steeped for 1 minute. The second, third and fourth brews can be increased in time to adjust the intensity of the tea. The flavor can be adjusted as per personal preference.

香草複方烏龍茶 細工藝
台灣接續日本研發保健茶作法, 以傳承健康發酵(healthy oxidation)的青茶工藝為基礎加入厭氧製程得來GABA成分, 是具烏龍茶特色的GABA tea。據研究指出GABA tea的兒茶素內含與綠茶差不多，更是符合國際規定含量每100克茶乾內含150毫克以上的GABA成分, 助眠, 也可協助維持心血管的健康, 是養生好茶。

青茶(俗稱烏龍茶)從輕度發酵(10%)到重度發酵(80%)都有代表性茶品, 也是所有茶類中香氣與滋味最多元的一種. 健康發酵的茶加工法代表的意義是較長的茶葉酵時間, 讓茶葉內含酵素物質獲得更好的轉化, 產出不苦不澀且有優雅香氣的元素. 因此會比主流技術多半天到一天的製作時間, 這是傳承傳統安溪鐵觀音製法的精隨.
